I enjoyed that last post, I have to say.
Who likes road trips? Sasha does. Here is why.
1) You have long periods of time (in the car) where you are not obliged to do anything at all, WHICH IS NICE FOR A CHANGE.
2) You can catch up on stuff you haven't had time to do, like listen to music, read, watch Dr. Who, think, draw, brainstorm etc.
3) The speed is nice, watching the world fall away from you through the car window.
4) It's nice to catch up with the parents. You miss them sometimes you know?
5) Wide open spaces. Enough of rooftops and satellite dishes - there are rolling plains and abandoned barnyards and dusky skies and lonely forests as far as the eye can see. The world beyond the boxes.
Ohhh here's a post about how you LIKE road trips. Well if you read my comment on your other one, I have a particular hatred for them D:. I die of boredom and carsickness, and you can't even appreciate the view properly when watching it from far away and the car is moving and the window is rolled up. You might as well google the image. I am also suffocated with carsickness and the smothering heat or freezing air conditioning of the crowded car.
